How cool is Walking by Design, Strutting with Purpose, Moving with Conviction, and Proceeding with Purpose...๐
"Walking by Design" is one of the coolest activities you can do. Because it's an easy, low-impact exercise that comes with a boatload of physical and mental health benefits. It lifts your spirits, zaps stress and gets your heart pumping, all without requiring fancy gear or a huge time commitment.
Walking can take you roads less traveled
"Strutting with Purpose" walking with confidence, often suggesting a strong sense of self-assurance or intent in one's movements. Knowing that life is too short not to enjoy it.
Strutting to your own beat
"Walking with Conviction" walking with the belief that you are someone who makes tough decisions.
Contemplating my next move
I did go a little off script writing this one, but I had fun!
